​Cancellation and refund policy: Reservations canceled before 30 days are 100% refundable minus any credit card or booking fees.  30 - 14 days before arrival are 50% refundable minus fees. Within 14 days of arrival date, no refund is given.
 
No refunds are offered for early departure/checkout.
 
Damage deposits are returned 7 days after departure date, to the booking credit card.
