I’ve called Flagstaff home since 1987, and it’s a place I truly love. This community means a lot to me, and that connection is a big part of why I care so much about what I do.
Flagstaff Vacation Properties started back in 2014 when I began managing my own vacation rental, long before short-term rentals became so popular. As time went on, friends and real estate clients started asking for help with their homes too—and it naturally grew from there.
Today, we’re still a family-owned, locally run company, and that hasn’t changed how we operate. We treat every home like it’s our own and every client like a neighbor. Our entire team lives right here in Flagstaff, so we’re always close by and easy to reach.

Hi, I’m Bella! I was born and raised in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, and I feel incredibly lucky to call this place home.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for everything that makes Flagstaff and Northern Arizona so special from the wide open outdoors to the amazing food scene and close-knit community.
When I’m not managing short term rentals, you’ll usually find me enjoying life with my husband. We love traveling, trying new restaurants, exploring new places, and spending time with our three dogs, who keep us active and entertained.
I truly love being a part of short term rental management and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. I look forward to working with you or hosting you!

My name is Bear Mckusick, I was practically born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona.
I've spent my life here exploring and appreciating everything this mountain town has to offer, from snowboarding in the winter to mountain biking and hiking through its beautiful landscapes in the summer.
My deep connection to Flagstaff and its surroundings, and love for its natural beauty, inspired me to help others share and experience all it has to offer.
My focus is on creating comfortable, thoughtfully managed stays that allow guests to fully enjoy their time here. Whether visitors are coming for adventure, relaxation, or a bit of both, I’m committed to making their experience seamless and memorable. We look forward to hosting you!
